We’re currently recruiting Psychology Graduates to join secondary schools and SEND provisions across Birmingham in a variety of roles, including classroom teaching assistants, SEN support assistants, and cover supervisors. This is an excellent chance to gain valuable experience, support student progress, and make a real difference in students' lives.

Role Responsibilities

• Support students in mainstream and SEND settings

• Assist with lesson delivery and student engagement

• Help students overcome barriers to learning

• Provide one-to-one or small group support where necessary

• Work closely with teaching staff to monitor student progress

Candidate Requirements

• Degree in Psychology (or related social sciences)

• Passion for working with children and young people, especially in SEND or mainstream education

• Strong desire to help students overcome learning challenges

• Outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude

• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
