These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Job Board and application tracking system ("Job Board") provided by Twinkl Ltd ("Twinkl"). By submitting an application through the Job Board, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Job Board

1.1 You may only use the Job Board to submit applications for job openings posted by Twinkl.

1.2 You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information you submit through the Job Board.

1.3 You agree not to submit any false, misleading, or infringing information through the Job Board.

1.4 You agree not to use the Job Board for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

1.5 Twinkl strictly prohibits the use of any scripted or otherwise automated method of access to or use of the Job Board, including but not limited to training any machine learning or artificial intelligence system.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 All content included in the Job Board, such as text, graphics, logos, and images is the property of Twinkl or its licensors and protected by copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Job Board is also the exclusive property of Twinkl and subject to copyright protection.

2.2 You may not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, or exploit in any way any of the content of the Job Board, in whole or in part, without Twinkl’s prior written permission.

3. Data Privacy

Twinkl is committed to protecting your privacy throughout its application process. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

4.1 The Job Board is provided "as is" and without any warranty, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law. Twinkl disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4.2 Twinkl does not warrant that the Job Board will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the ats is free of viruses or other harmful components.

5. limitation of Liability

In no event shall twinkl be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Job Board, even if twinkl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Termination

Twinkl may terminate your access to the Job Board at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

8. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Twinkl with respect to your use of the Job Board.

9. Amendment

Twinkl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on the Job Board. Your continued use of the Job Board following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
