This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with strong experience working with children and a passion for education, even if you don’t yet hold formal teaching qualifications.

The Role:

You’ll be leading lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and supporting students across a variety of subjects. Planning and resources will be provided by the school, and you’ll work alongside experienced teachers and support staff to ensure students get the best possible learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in line with the school’s curriculum

• Create a positive and productive classroom environment

• Support students in their academic and personal development

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and leadership teams

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience working with children is essential – this can be in a school, youth work, or educational setting
✅ Confidence to manage a classroom and lead learning activities
✅ Strong communication skills and a proactive, adaptable attitude
✅ Available for a full-time school-based role
