Position Overview:

• Job Title: SEND Teacher 

• Location: West Manchester 

• Day Rate: £150 - £220 per day dependant on experience

• Start Date: ASAP 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver engaging lessons tailored to students with a variety of special educational needs (SEN).

• Support the individual learning and development of students, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence.

• Use differentiation techniques to cater to various learning styles and abilities, ensuring inclusive education for all students.

• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive, productive learning environment.

• Build strong, supportive relationships with both students and staff, fostering a community of trust and respect.

Qualifications and Skills:

• QTS Certification (Qualified Teacher Status).

• A strong commitment to student development, particularly in an SEND setting.

• Experience working with children with additional needs such as MLD, ASD, and Attachment Disorder is highly beneficial.

• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, enabling their academic and personal growth.

• Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to managing behaviour.

• Passionate about making a difference in students' lives and supporting their educational journey.
