Position Overview:

• Job Title: Secondary SEN Tutor

• Location: West Manchester 

• Day Rate: £95 - £110 per day dependant on experience

• Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN)

• Experience working with secondary school students with SEN

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Demonstrated understanding of SEN principles and best practises

• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning needs

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging tutoring sessions for secondary school students with SEN

• Assess students' learning needs and adapt teaching methods accordingly

• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment

• Monitor and track student progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
