Position Overview:

• Job Title: Graduate Cover Supervisor 

• Location: West Manchester 

• Day Rate: £95-£110 per day dependant on experience

• Start Date: Easter 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and leading lessons using pre-planned materials.

• Maintaining an orderly and focused classroom environment.

• Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement among students.

• Supporting students of all abilities to achieve their learning goals.

• Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity in education.

• Monitoring and recording attendance and behaviour as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Experience working with young people in any capacity (education experience is beneficial but not essential).

• The ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups confidently.

• A positive and professional attitude toward supporting students.

• A passion for education and helping young people succeed.
