Job Introduction

We are looking for a motivated and committed Humanities teacher to join a secondary school in West Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver dynamic KS3 and KS4 lessons, inspiring students and supporting their academic development in line with the UK curriculum.

Position Overview:

• Job Title: Humanities Teacher 

• Location: West Manchester 

• Day Rate: £150 - £200 per day dependant on experience

• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons across a range of Humanities subjects, including History, Geography, and Religious Studies, to KS3 and KS4 students.

• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership to enhance the learning experience for all pupils.

• Follow the UK national curriculum to ensure lessons are aligned with key learning objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• A degree in Humanities or a related subject.

• Proven experience teaching Humanities at secondary level (KS3 and KS4).

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

• A commitment to continuous professional development and student success.
