ASD Teaching Assistant – Bolton | Elevate Supply

Elevate Supply is looking for a passionate and dedicated ASD Teaching Assistant to join one of our fantastic partner schools in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity to support young people with ASD in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

This full-time position will start immediately after Easter half term and will run through the rest of the academic year.

🟢 Pay Rate: £95 – £110 per day, depending on experience.

The Role:

You will be working 1:1 and in small groups with students diagnosed with ASD, both in mainstream classrooms and within the school’s dedicated SEN provision. Your goal will be to help each student reach their full academic and personal potential, while building meaningful and trusting relationships.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with ASD

• Work closely with teaching staff and the school SENCO

• Offer encouragement and promote confidence and independence

• Support the emotional, social, and educational development of each learner

• Record and report progress, behaviour, and attendance

• Experience working with students with ASD or other neurodiverse needs

• A positive, patient, and flexible approach to supporting learners

• Passionate about inclusion and helping young people thrive

• Available on a full-time basis from Easter half term

• Willing to engage in ongoing professional development
