In this role, you will be crucial in supporting teachers, working closely with students, and helping them reach their full academic potential.
Position Overview:
- Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant
- Location: North Manchester
- Day Rate: £90-£110 per day dependant on experience
- Start Date: Easter 2025
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with special educational needs in and outside the classroom
- Assist in the delivery of lesson content
- Help with classroom management and organization
- Provide one-to-one or small group support for students who need additional help
Requirements:
- Experience supporting students in a primary school setting (desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to student welfare and education
- Patience, flexibility, and a proactive approach
