The Role:
Our partner school in S35 is looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to start after the Easter half term. As a General Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to support both teachers and students in a secondary school setting. You will play a key role in helping students succeed academically and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include:
Classroom Support: Assisting with pre-set work, engaging students in learning, and ensuring a productive classroom environment.
Behaviour Management: Helping maintain positive student behaviour in line with school policies.
Supporting Individual Needs: Assisting students who may need extra help to understand lessons or stay on track.
Break/Lunch Supervision: Ensuring students are looked after during break times, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
Progress Monitoring: Keeping track of student progress and providing feedback to teachers.

Competitive Day Rate: Earn between £90 - £110 per day, depending on experience.

Previous experience working with children or in an educational environment (desirable but not essential).
