Start Date: After Easter Half Term
About the Role:
Elevate Supply is working with a primary school in Oldham seeking an experienced teacher for their Year 3 class. This full-time role starts after the Easter half term and involves delivering lessons, marking, and participating in school activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess lessons for Year 3 students.
- Mark student work and provide feedback.
- Attend school meetings, parents’ evenings, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment.
- Support students with diverse learning needs, including SEN.
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching KS1.
- Strong knowledge of the UK Primary Curriculum.
- Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Experience supporting students with SEN.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (assistance available).
- Recent Safeguarding Training.
- Must have a UK address and the legal right to work in the UK.
