The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Primary school students with social and emotional difficulties. This challenging environment requires resilience and the ability to manage diverse student needs while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising pre-set work and ensuring students stay on track with their learning.
Managing student behaviour to maintain a focused, respectful classroom environment.
Engaging with reluctant learners and providing support to boost their confidence and participation.
Handling any immediate issues or emergencies according to school protocols.
Reporting on student progress, behaviour, and any issues that arise during class using the school’s referral procedures.

Experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable but not essential).
