The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting Primary school students with social and emotional difficulties. This challenging environment requires resilience and the ability to manage diverse student needs while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising pre-set work and ensuring students stay on track with their learning.

• Managing student behaviour to maintain a focused, respectful classroom environment.

• Engaging with reluctant learners and providing support to boost their confidence and participation.

• Handling any immediate issues or emergencies according to school protocols.

• Reporting on student progress, behaviour, and any issues that arise during class using the school’s referral procedures.
