As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness and acquisition, and supporting sales initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's marketing efforts in a dynamic and innovative environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead on Elevate marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote products or services, drive lead generation.

  • Create compelling marketing content and sales enablement materials, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia assets for digital and print channels.

  • Manage social media platforms, website content, and email marketing campaigns to engage with both B2B and B2C audiences.

  • Create and execute content marketing strategy with support from wider teams

  • Plan, execute, and optimise omnichannel marketing campaigns utilising both online and offline channels. 

  • Communicate and report back on campaign and strategy performance and provide insights for future campaign development. 

  • Manage the process of organising events, webinars, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.



Qualifications and Skills: 

  • 3 years + experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role across B2B and B2C.

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies

  • Strong creative and analytical skills with a passion for marketing, and a keen attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (ideally Hubspot), including social media, email marketing, and analytics.

  • Be a creative thinker, willing to try new things and focus on continuous improvement.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
