Salary: £140-£160 per day.

About the Role

Elevate Supply is looking for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a primary school in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher to begin their career in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the primary curriculum.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.

  • Support students' social and emotional development.

  • Work closely with colleagues and participate in school events.

  • Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss student progress.

  • Take part in professional development opportunities.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards it.

  • Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.

  • Enthusiastic and committed to supporting children's learning.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Willingness to engage in professional development.
