Position Overview:
Job Title: Graduate Cover Supervisor
Location: Leicester LE1
Day Rate: £90-£100 per day
Start Date: Easter 2025
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising and leading lessons using pre-planned materials.
Maintaining an orderly and focused classroom environment.
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement among students.
Supporting students of all abilities to achieve their learning goals.
Collaborating with school staff to ensure continuity in education.
Monitoring and recording attendance and behaviour as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Experience working with young people in any capacity (education experience is beneficial but not essential).
The ability to adapt to different subjects and year groups confidently.
A positive and professional attitude toward supporting students.
A passion for education and helping young people succeed.
