Location: Sheffield HQ
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Job Overview:
As an Onboarding Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by introducing, upselling, and cross-selling key Twinkl products and Twinkl Group Companies. Alongside this, you will ensure a smooth onboarding process and deliver a positive, engaging first experience for all new customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Upselling Twinkl Products: Proactively promote and upsell Twinkl products and services, including PD, Physical Products, Upgrades and other product lines, emphasising how these enhance and complement a Twinkl membership.
Cross-Sell Twinkl Group Products: Introduce and sell products from the wider Twinkl Group, such as Crysp, Educake, Elevate, and Natterhub, showcasing their value propositions and incentives to convert new customers into paid subscribers.
Customer Onboarding: Deliver engaging onboarding webinars and sessions for school customers, ensuring they maximize the value of their purchase and experience a seamless transition into using Twinkl Group products.
Introductions to the Twinkl Group: Provide all new customers with comprehensive introductions to the wider Twinkl Group, fostering the awareness of complementary services available.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales executives and other departments to align sales and onboarding efforts with broader business objectives, ensuring a consistent and strategic approach.
Sales Coordination: Partner with key stakeholders across the Twinkl Group to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products or services.
To succeed in the role, you will have:
Demonstrated success in upselling and cross-selling products and services in a previous role, leading to a significant increase in revenue and customer retention rates.
Developed and delivered engaging onboarding sessions for new customers, ensuring they understand the full range of products and services and how to maximise their use.
Worked closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align onboarding processes with sales strategies, resulting in a cohesive and efficient approach to customer engagement.
Effectively communicated product value propositions to diverse audiences, tailoring presentations to meet the specific needs of various customer segments, including schools and educational institutions.
