As a Cover Supervisor, you will step into various secondary schools across South Sheffield to cover staff absences or provide additional support during pre-planned absences. This role offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience while receiving full support from the schools and staff you work with.

A degree in education is ideal but not essential. You will be tasked with covering a variety of subjects – all pre-planned – with the support of the departments to ensure a smooth and effective teaching experience.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across various subjects during school hours, contributing your enthusiasm and passion for education to help students succeed.
• Acting as a role model for students, providing guidance and support throughout their school day.
• Building strong relationships with school staff and students to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
• Continuously improving your practice through ongoing professional development.
