Elevate Supply is seeking a positive and dedicated behaviour support worker for a long-term role with the potential for a permanent position. You'll be working with a fantastic EBD school in Sheffield that specializes in supporting children with Social and Emotional Learning Difficulties. The ideal candidate will provide 1:1 support or work with small groups of students between the ages of 7-16. This school has a stellar reputation, and they’re looking for someone who is confident, committed, and able to create innovative solutions to help students overcome barriers and achieve their full potential.

The ideal Behaviour Support Worker will have/be:

• At least 6 months of experience working in a Specialist or EBD School (Team-Teach training is preferred)
• Able to work as part of a collaborative team
• Capable of providing support to children with varying challenges
• Confident, outgoing, and able to address any barriers that may arise
