We’re looking for an Internal Communications Lead to join our team and help shape how we engage, inform, and inspire our colleagues here at Twinkl. This role is pivotal in ensuring that colleagues across the business understand our vision and strategic goals, feel connected to our leadership, and are empowered with the information they need to do their best work.
As the Internal Communication Lead, you’ll work closely with senior leaders, key departments, and colleagues from across the business to design and deliver communication strategies that drive engagement and support strategic alignment. You’ll use your experience, expertise, and creativity to help bring our business story and priorities to life.

Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:
No two days will be the same, and you’ll have ample opportunity to contribute to a wide variety of activities and campaigns including:
- Supporting business areas by developing & delivering communication plans that align with business priorities and help support an engaged workforce.
- Enhancing leadership visibility by partnering with senior leaders to shape their communication approach, helping them connect authentically with colleagues.
- Supporting the IC team in managing internal communication channels, such as the intranet, e-newsletters, podcasts, videos, and quarterly All Hands events – ensuring content is engaging and relevant.
- Supporting change & transformation – help drive cultural change and business transformation by ensuring a clear, consistent, two way approach to communication is adopted
In this role, you will gain:

To succeed in the role, you will have:
- Proven experience in internal communication or corporate communications, ideally in an evolving organisation.
- Experience advising senior leaders and crafting executive communications.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.

- Has experience across digital communication channel & tools (e.g., intranets, video, podcasts, AI tools).
