Position Overview:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our team in Sheffield. As a Sales Executive, you will work within the wider Schools Team on the growth of key markets with a focus on selling to key strategic groups such as Multi Academy Trusts and Federations. You’ll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential customers including CEOs, CFOs and Senior members of staff in education settings, promoting our products and services, and closing sales. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships with potential customers, and the drive to meet and exceed sales targets.

Our recruitment process includes a role play sales task, giving you the chance to demonstrate your communication skills and enthusiasm for sales.


How you’ll spend your day:


  • Identifying and contacting potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Converting Inbound leads
  • Promoting our products and services and explaining the benefits to potential customers
  • Answering customer questions and addressing any concerns or objections
  • Closing sales and achieving monthly sales targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

To succeed in the role you will:


  • A desire to develop and succeed in Sales is acceptable.
  • Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
  • Be results-oriented with a mindset and drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Have the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
