A strong track record of leadership, entrepreneurship and impeccable communication skills are essential.

The ability to maintain a creative culture and uphold the twinkl leadership promises is a must. Knowledge of the education publishing sector would be advantageous. The Phase Manager is accountable for bringing all of their team’s projects and products on line to tight deadlines. This role is also responsible for coaching and developing the team, and reporting weekly, monthly and quarterly in line with business expectations.

Hustle Mentality:

  • Embrace a proactive and results-driven approach to overcome challenges.
  • Encourage innovation and creativity within the team to drive growth.
  • Lead by example with a strong work ethic and determination.

Performance Metrics:

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team and individual performance.
  • Implement performance improvement plans when necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as Production Operations, Twinkl Cares, and Growth Marketing, to align strategies and achieve common objectives.
  • Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

In this role, you will learn:
