Job Introduction

Every Teacher, Cover Supervisor, TA and SEND Support Assistant that works with Elevate Supply gets to set their own pay rate for each and every booking you undertake, as well as setting your own work patterns and preferred job types. Elevate Supply are a proud and dedicated member of the Twinkl Group and our aim is to bring transparency, fairness and control back to Supply Staff and Schools in the UK and re-establish supply work as a viable working choice for educators.

Elevate Supply are thrilled to already be working with Secondary Schools, Sixth Forms, Primary Schools and SEND Settings and MATs across Birmingham and The West Midlands and we are actively recruiting for roles in the upcoming academic year. Among the settings we are supporting is a large, Multiple Site MAT with Secondary Schools, Primary Schools and a Wonderful SEND Setting located in Coventry and Leamington Spa. There are full-time Class Teaching and TA roles in the Primary Schools, General Cover and Cover Supervisor roles at all 3 of the Secondary Sites and Study Support roles at the associated Sixth Forms. We are also looking to recruit 1:1 SEND Support Assistants, Edu Carers, Therapists and Teachers to support the incredible work done by the SEND Setting.

Furthermore the MAT have tasked us to support their upcoming requirement for flexible, ad-hoc and day-to-day staff to cover short-term absence, so if you are looking to create a positive work-life balance through part-time work coupled with the consistency of working with the same Ethos and MAT schools then this could be for you.

With starts scattered across September and October based on the requirements of the new intake, the requirement for consistent staff will last right until the Easter break and for the right applicants, the roles could become permanent leading to employment direct with the schools.

If you are looking to continue your career working with young people in the West Midlands and are wanting a supportive, creative and well-regarded MAT to support you with this, then we would love to hear from you.
