Location: Fully Remote or Hybrid/Office-Based at Twinkl HQ, Sheffield (Must be UK-based for remote working)
Annual Salary: £32,000+ (DOE)
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

Job Summary:
As the Parent Education Content Lead for EYFS, you will become the thought leader in your field, bringing strong experience and expertise in EYFS across a school or a trust. Supported by the Parents Commercial Manager, your role will be crucial in developing and executing strategies to create and deliver content that supports parents with EYFS learning at home. You will oversee and manage the performance of specific Parent EYFS educational content within the Twinkl Brand, in addition to actioning market opportunities to acquire new parents with EYFS aged children.
Ongoing projects/how you’ll spend your day:
Competitor and Market Monitoring
Perform monthly horizon scanning of competitor movements and take action as needed, providing a quarterly competitor review.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Stay updated with all relevant guidance and spot opportunities through monitoring competitors and government updates.
Innovation and Idea Generation
Identify and develop unmissable ("brickwall") opportunities.
Generate big ideas to solve customer pain points.
Be a thought leader in your area
Research and Guidance
Stay updated on current research theory and filter relevant findings to the teams.
Support production and development teams with up-to-date guidance.
Strategy and Prioritisation
Create and execute annual business strategies for your parent group.
Decide on current and future priorities based on the wider parent strategy.
Create the right content at the right time, clearly communicating resource priorities to the production team.
Manage SKU rationalisation and optimise product assortments.
Collaboration and Communication
Work collaboratively with other ECLs to ensure a cohesive content approach across the resource collection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution.
Manage key partnerships for the category, alongside the Twinkl Partnership Team
Ensure consistent Parent brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
Performance and Insights
Share category successes and opportunities for improvement.
Analyse sales data, consumer behaviour, and market dynamics to inform category strategies.
Use these insights to inform decisions and identify new opportunities.
Be responsible for the success of your parent group & content lines.
Monitor and analyse category financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on category performance.
To succeed in the role, you will:
Be deeply passionate about the subject or area you're leading and have a strong commitment to education.
Have strong strategic planning skills to decide on priorities and create and execute annual business strategies for content lines.
Possess a creative mindset to generate innovative ideas and drive content creation through the content roadmap.
Be proficient in gathering and analysing insights from sources such as Tableau, social media, email, and marketing engagement.
Liaise effectively with other teams and key stakeholders to organise, communicate, and promote your content.

We're interested in anyone who meets a combination of the following:
5 years EYFS teaching experience
Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of key strategies and policy drivers within the English education system
Experience of delivering projects; from ideation through to completion
Be an effective listener and communicator
Ability to spot trends and be comfortable acting upon them
Is organised, able to work to deadlines and manages time effectively
