The Mission

Are you a strategic, creative marketer with a passion for education? We are looking for an SLT Segment Manager to help us shape how school leaders interact with Twinkl. You’ll be the engine behind our strategy for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) audience—connecting school leaders with the resources they need to succeed and helping Twinkl continue to thrive as an EdTech leader.

Your Impact

You won't just be running campaigns; you’ll be building a community. You will:

  • Drive Growth: Own the end-to-end marketing strategy, from customer insight to campaign execution, boosting both individual subscriptions and whole-school conversions.

  • Shape the Narrative: Develop bold, insight-led campaigns that cut through the noise and position Twinkl as the trusted partner for senior education leaders.

  • Build Community: Cultivate a vibrant network of headteachers and trust leaders through value-first engagement and thought leadership.

  • Collaborate: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Creative teams to create solutions that solve real problems for school leaders.

  • Innovate: Experiment with new channels, formats, and emerging tech (including AI) to drive scalable growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in marketing (ideally B2C and B2B) with a background in Education or EdTech.

  • Storytelling: Strong communication skills and the ability to craft narratives that resonate with senior education audiences.

  • Data & Creativity: A growth mindset—comfortable using data to optimize performance while pushing creative boundaries.

  • Action-Oriented: A proactive approach and the initiative to take ownership of projects and drive change.

Our Recruitment Process:

Apply with cover letter and CV > Video call with recruiter > Online interview > Presentation Task > Follow-up interview with presentation

Why Join Twinkl?

  • Shape the Future: Have a direct impact on the Twinkl brand within the B2B market.

  • Growth: Work in a fast-paced, ambitious environment with ample opportunities for development and progression.

  • Culture: Join a collaborative, supportive team that values innovation and fun

In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you an exciting role in a fast-growing and dynamic business, with plenty of career opportunities.

Here’s a couple of the things that make Twinkl a great place to be:

  • A friendly, welcoming and supportive culture. We believe work should be fun and always put people before the process

  • Quarterly company awards programme
  • Seasonal events
  • Referral scheme
  • Cervical and Prostate screening
  • Company sick pay after 3 months of service
  • After probation - cycle-to-work scheme
  • Long-term service reward - Life insurance, enhanced pension contribution, enhanced maternity pay, enhanced adoption pay and enhanced paternity pay, long service award, long service annual leave
