Twinkl is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager for Latin America & Spain to spearhead our growth strategy and elevate our marketing presence across these territories. In this UK-based role, you will design and execute a comprehensive full-funnel and omni-channel marketing strategy, seamlessly blending digital channels, regional communities, and impactful brand ambassador programs to maximize acquisition and retention.

You will lead a talented regional team, cultivate thriving local communities, leverage advanced analytics, craft and report on tailored campaigns. What you'll be doing:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the marketing roadmap for Latin America and Spain, ensuring full alignment with Twinkl’s global goals. Own the development and execution of the marketing strategy for Latin America and Spain, ensuring full alignment with the local country teams, Twinkl’s global priorities and brand identity.
- Data-Driven Execution: Lead multi-channel campaigns using advanced analytics and social listening to drive regional KPIs.
- Audience & CRM Growth: Refine audience targeting and drive regional CRM strategies to boost customer lifetime value and retention.
- Content & Brand Advocacy: Evolve our digital content strategy (webinars, video, UGC) and drive trust through community initiatives, influencer partnerships, and ambassador programs.
- Market Innovation: Explore emerging digital spaces, AI-driven platforms, and localized media partnerships to reduce dependency on traditional acquisition channels.
- Performance Management: Manage regional budgets with a focus on ROI and CAC, while leading the regional team toward shared success.
- Collaboration and Content Orchestration: Evolve the digital content strategy (including webinars, video, and user-generated content). Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar in collaboration with product and country teams.
- Collaboration and Team Empowerment: Line manage, inspire, and develop a high-performing team. Collaborate closely with country managers and country-teams.
What you'll bring:
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally in B2C or education-focused environments.
- Strong experience in paid social, mobile marketing, and multi-channel strategies (including influencers/ambassadors).
- Excellent command of Spanish is essential; Portuguese is highly desirable.
- A strategic mindset, with proven ability to manage complex projects, analyse data, and report on ROI.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing, resilient teams.
- Knowledge and experience of working with AI tools

- Share of prospects from diversified channel mix.
- YoY Increase in the share of Champions and High loyalist users.

- Achieve 15% YoY increase in total reach (owned, earned, paid) - Awareness
