Are you a dynamic, results-oriented Product Marketing Executive ready to take on a strategic, global role? Twinkl is looking for a talented individual to join our UK-based team and drive product awareness, adoption, and customer engagement for Twinkl's innovative solutions across digital and physical products.
In this pivotal 12-month contract, you will be instrumental in developing and executing product marketing strategies that make a real-world impact in the education sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead Strategy: Drive the development and execution of impactful, data-led product marketing strategies.
- Create Content: Develop engaging, customer-focused content (website copy, product pages, blogs, presentations) that ensures consistent and powerful storytelling.
- Own the Journey: Build and maintain detailed customer journey maps, optimizing post-engagement programmes, follow-up communications, re-engagement, and lifecycle campaigns to encourage ongoing product usage.
- Analyse & Optimize: Manage the product lifecycle through continuous, data-led initiatives, analysing campaign performance, and translating insights into clear recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate: Act as the voice of the product internally, partnering closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, and communicating performance and strategic insights to stakeholders.
- Stay Ahead: Proactively identify new ways to engage and support customers by staying close to marketing and education technology trends.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in a product marketing role, specifically with both digital and physical products.
- A background in developing and executing integrated product marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Expertise in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with an understanding of marketing levers to influence lifecycle stages, including experience with RFM segmentation.
- A strategic mindset, capable of translating business goals into effective product marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
- A deep understanding of the education sector and the digital marketing landscape.
- Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools and platforms to measure performance and ROI.
- A passion for data-driven marketing decisions and innovative, creative approaches.
- Strong project management skills, focused on delivering impactful activations.
