Contract: Permanent 

Hours: 37.5 per week, but flexibility will be required by the position

The executive assistant will act as a partner to a select group of senior leaders (executive & VPs), supporting them as they lead critical growth, commercial and operational initiatives across the business. 


This role requires a high level of executive assistance with a focus on strong business acumen and confidence to support complex, cross-functional initiatives. You’ll be deeply embedded in the strategic priorities of the leadership team, helping translate strategy into action and ensuring momentum on key projects. 


The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware, proactive and trusted, with the ability to manage confidential information and operate in a fast-paced environment. 



Key Responsibilities 

Executive & Calendar Management:

  • Act as trusted right-hand and support to senior leaders, managing complex calendars 

  • Anticipate priorities and proactively resolve conflicts, ensuring senior leaders are focused on high-value activity

  • Prepare leaders for meetings with clear context, objectives and relevant insights


Travel & Logistics:

  • Manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation 

  • Prepare detailed travel agendas aligned to business objectives, managing expenses


Commercial & Project support:

  • Provide hands-on support to growth initiatives, operational improvements and cross-functional programmes 

  • Assist with coordination of projects, planning cycles and leadership offsites

  • liaise confidently with Finance, Product, Growth, Operations and other teams to gather information and progress actions


Communication & Stakeholder Management: 

  • Act as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership and the business with professionalism

  • Screen and manage correspondence, prioritising critical commercial and operational matters 

  • Draft, edit and quality check presentations and documentation, ensuring accuracy and commercial relevance 


Meeting Leadership: 

  • Coordinate leadership and commercial meetings, preparing agendas, pre-reads and supporting materials

  • Attend meetings where appropriate, capturing actions, decisions and commercial implications 


Process Improvement & Operational Excellence:

  • Identify opportunities to improve ways of working, streamline executives’ time and enhance efficiency. 



Qualifications & Experience 

  • Experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, commercial environment (2-3 years)

  • Proven experience supporting projects or commercial initiatives 

  • Strong understanding of business operations, financial concepts and commercial priorities 

  • Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders and workstreams simultaneously
