  • Brand guardianship: maintain and enhance Twinkl’s brand presence, highlighting our commitment to localised educational content

  • Stakeholder collaboration: work in tandem with the Country Managers and Head of B2B Marketing to understand market nuances and develop high-impact campaigns that support global business objectives.

  • Performance and data optimisation: monitor global campaign performance and ROI, using data-driven insights to pivot strategies and optimise marketing spend across all international channels

  • Budget and resource management: Accountability for the international marketing budget, ensuring the most effective allocation of resources to maximise global ROI

  • Work with rev ops to maintain superior data quality and sophisticated reporting standards across all international territories

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing (ideally with 1 or 2 years in a management or lead capacity) preferably within the education sector or international private school markets

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing lead generation strategies

  • Proven ability to manage digital marketing activity including LinkedIn, Meta and Google

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including across time zones

  • Proficient in analysing marketing data to inform decision making and strategy

  • Ability to move autonomously, managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot and Sprinklr)

Benefits:

In return for everything you can bring, we can offer you
