Teacher Support Advisor - Australia

Job Introduction

Location: Australia - 100% Remote / Home Working (Must permanently live in Australia & have the right to work without restrictions to apply for this role)

Salary: $54,600 AUD per annum

Contract: 12-month initial contract

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday

The Role:

You'll be the first point of contact for Twinkl members across the globe, providing support via phone, email, social media, and Twinkl's messenger tool.

Your day will involve:

• Solving problems related to accounts and memberships quickly and effectively.
• Advising educators and parents on the best resources, memberships, and accounts.
• Communicating with internal teams (tech advisors, resource creators, designers) to resolve technical queries and request amendments/new resources.
• Educating customers on our subscription offerings.

We're Looking For:

• A background in classroom teaching.
• A good understanding of the current Australian curriculum.
• Australian Graduate Diploma in Education.
• Excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, and attention to detail.
• Facilities to work efficiently from home.
• Ability to work late shifts and weekend shifts as part of a distributed work week.
