Key Responsibilities:

Voice of the Customer

  • Gather and share insights from Polish educators, school leaders, and communities to guide content, campaigns, and marketing strategy.

  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and conversations on social media and online communities to identify opportunities.

  • Translate audience insights into actionable plans that enhance educator engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Social Media, Communities & Influencer Engagement

  • Develop and execute social media tactics tailored to Polish audiences across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and other platforms.

  • Engage educators, foster meaningful conversations, and support Twinkl ambassador programs and community campaigns.

  • Identify and reach out to local influencers to support campaigns and increase brand visibility.

  • Support campaign execution across social media, community channels, and email marketing.

  • Monitor and report weekly on engagement, reach, and other key social metrics.

Marketing Content Production

  • Produce high-quality, insight-driven content for webinars, email campaigns, blogs, and social media.

  • Curate and highlight educator stories that showcase authentic experiences and community voices.

  • Optimise content for AI-driven platforms and ensure discoverability by Polish educators.

  • Ensure all content aligns with Twinkl’s brand, voice, and educator-first philosophy.

KPIs & Success Metrics

  • Growth in social media reach, engagement rate, followers, and traffic.

  • Delivery of high-quality content for owned channels (emails, blogs, webinars).

  • Achieve 3–5 earned mentions or influencer activations per month.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in marketing, ideally in the educational sector, with understanding of teacher pain points.

  • Adaptable, flexible, fast learner, and able to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing.

  • Awareness of marketing funnels and conversion optimisation.

  • Experience working with ambassadors or influencers (highly desirable).

  • Experience with social listening tools to track trends and audience engagement (highly desirable).

Why Twinkl?

  • Be part of a growing, purpose-driven company making a real impact on education in Poland.

  • Work in a friendly, inclusive, and supportive culture.

  • Opportunity to develop marketing skills across campaigns, social media, content creation, and community engagement.

  • Recognition through quarterly awards, charity initiatives, and professional development opportunities.
