Job Introduction

Location: Sheffield/Hybrid/Remote

Hours: 37.5 per week

Contract: Permanent after probation

Report to: Head of B2B Marketing

This role focuses on supporting the smooth running of our marketing systems, with a particular emphasis on data quality, campaign setup and performance tracking.

You’ll help prepare, check and manage data for campaigns, monitor email health, and ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. You’ll also help pull reports from dashboards and keep our processes documented and up-to-date.

This is a great entry point into marketing operations for someone who is highly organised, data-driven and keen to learn about marketing systems and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support campaign setup, including data imports, cleaning, list building and QA testing before launch

  • Monitor and maintain data quality (deduplication, bounce checks, field updates)

  • Manage suppression lists and monitor deliverability to maintain email health

  • Collate and share campaign performance reports using existing dashboards

  • Help document marketing processes and ensure the team has access to clear guidance

  • Support with delivery of campaign assets (e.g. emails and landing pages) in busy periods

  • Provide first-line troubleshooting on data/campaign queries, escalating to Exec or Head of Marketing where needed

  • Stay up to date with data handling best practices and compliance

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)

  • Interest in marketing operations and data-driven marketing

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proactive, willing to learn new systems and processes (training will be provided)

  • Understanding of GDPR and data protection principles is desirable (training will be provided)
