CRM Specialist

Location: Fully Remote
Salary: £32,000–£34,000
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Hours: Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week

We’re looking for a data-driven and strategically minded CRM Specialist to support and optimise Twinkl’s triggered email strategy.

In this role, you’ll focus on improving onboarding, engagement, and retention for trial and paying users through high-impact automated email journeys. You’ll work closely with marketing, product, analytics, and content teams to test, analyse, and scale CRM activity that drives meaningful user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise triggered email journeys
  • Design and run AB tests across email campaigns
  • Analyse CRM performance data and provide actionable insights
  • Improve onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive CRM performance
  • Support CRM best practices through training and documentation

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data
  • Experience with CRM platforms and email automation
  • Strong written communication and copywriting skills
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Tableau
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Collaborative and solutions-focused approach
