As we accelerate growth in the U.S., we’re seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Campaign Manager to lead and amplify our U.S. marketing presence. You’ll plan and execute integrated campaigns and events that drive awareness, engagement, and trial among educators, parents, and schools. This hands-on role blends strategy and execution—managing cross-functional teams, optimizing performance, and ensuring cohesive storytelling across all channels. Key Responsibilities:
Strategize & Execute Multi-channel campaigns: support the planning and execution of end-to-end marketing initiatives across all digital channels and Leverage customer insights and feedback to shape campaign messaging and creative messaging that resonates with educators, parents, and school leaders.
Content creation & messaging: assist in developing compelling marketing materials for campaigns and events that can be repurposed and distributed across multiple channels for maximum impact, efficiency and reach.
Strategy & Optimization: Identify opportunities, set goals, and align campaigns and events with business objectives.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the lifecycle and customer marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with the full user journey, from discovery to activation and retention.
Performance Insight: Measure campaign and event results, report ROI, and use data to drive continual improvement. Create templates and repeatable campaign “plays” that help our U.S. marketing efforts efficiently.
Placement & Partnerships: Manage advertising placements (e.g., NEA and related networks) and partnership activations to expand reach.
Event Marketing & Execution: Lead virtual and in-person events—including conferences, webinars, and activations—from concept to delivery.
Post-Event Engagement: Partner with our customer and community marketing teams to drive lead nurturing and conversion strategies that translate event interest into active users.
Budget Management: Oversee campaign and event budgets, optimizing spend for growth and efficiency.
Global Collaboration: Coordinate with Twinkl’s international teams to localize campaigns and maintain brand alignment.
Required Skills & Experience:
You have 3+ years driving B2C and campaign marketing strategies that convert.
You have the proven experience managing integrated campaigns and events, ideally within education or B2C SaaS.
Strong strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills are in your DNA. You can plan the roadmap and drive the car. You’re a strategic big-picture thinker who can also execute.
You live for the details. You have excellent project management and organizational abilities and you can keep up in fast-paced settings.
You can leverage your data-driven mindset with experience in analytics and performance reporting.
You can think outside the box with your creative storyteller skills in audience engagement and brand growth.
Strong written and verbal communication skills: You know how to put thoughts into words people actually want to read. Your written and verbal communication skills are unmatched.
You can demonstrate success in acquisition, growth, and awareness marketing.
You have a proven record of meeting or exceeding KPIs across awareness, sign-ups, and conversion.
You are a collaborative team leader who can motivate cross-functional partners: You bring out the best in people, even the ones who don’t report to them. You can lead with purpose and bring cross-functional teams into the fold.
