As we continue to grow our U.S. presence, we’re seeking a creative and analytical Content Marketing Manager to amplify Twinkl’s voice and drive engagement across key digital platforms. In this hands-on role, you’ll blend strategy and execution — developing compelling stories, optimizing for reach, and connecting with educators and parents through content that informs, inspires, and converts. Key Responsibilities

  • Content Strategy & Execution: Plan, create, and optimize engaging content (articles, videos, tutorials, case studies) supporting awareness, acquisition, and retention. Leverage storytelling, SEO, and platform insights to ensure that every piece performs with purpose.

  • YouTube & Blog Management: Own the publishing calendars for Twinkl’s YouTube and blog channels. Produce videos and work with overs to create short/long-form content that educate, entertain, and support teachers and parents while aligning with key campaigns and search opportunities.

  • Creative Production & Collaboration: Partner closely with global marketing, copywriting, design, and localization teams to ensure cohesive messaging across platforms. Coordinate with freelancers or part-time creators to bring multimedia content to life.

  • Optimization & Analysis: You understand the power of metrics and use it regularly to monitor performance, uncover insights, and continually refine strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion. Translate data into actionable recommendations that support growth goals.

  • Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with paid, social, customer and community marketing teams to amplify performance and ensure content supports the full customer journey—from first discovery to loyal membership.

  • Opportunity Identification: You are in tune with the ever-changing content marketing landscapes and trends. You use feedback, and keyword research to identify new content opportunities that help strengthen Twinkl’s authority in education and deepen audience trust.

Required Skills & Experience

  • You have 3+ years of experience in content marketing, digital publishing, or multimedia storytelling—ideally within the education, SaaS, or EdTech space.

  • You have a proven track record of creating content that builds awareness, drives acquisition, and supports SEO growth.

  • You know how to spark attention and curiosity with strong writing and editing ability, with experience optimizing content for both engagement and discovery.

  • You get Youtube by having hands-on experience managing YouTube channels and editorial calendars.

  • You have an analytical mindset with experience in digital metrics, reporting, and iteration.

  • You come to the table with a collaborative spirit and are comfortable working cross-functionally with creative, campaign, and product teams.

  • You understand the mission and have a passion for education and the role content plays in inspiring and empowering those who teach.
