Design and deploy test and learn pilots, using data to improve retention, engagement, and reach.
Partner with Marketing, B2B, and Strategic Partnerships to integrate Delight and CC storytelling into wider campaigns.
Build dashboards and growth reports tracking retention uplift, engagement performance, and ROI.
Codify successful tactics within the Delight Playbook to enable global scaling.
Optimise Prize Draw performance and engagement to increase visibility and participation.
Enhance Community Collection’s digital visibility, including website optimisation, SEO, and storytelling for educators and parents.

Insights-led, strategy-aligned tactic development.
Scaling high-performing Delight and Community Collection initiatives globally.

Innovation and productivity in delivery and tooling.
Prize Draw scaling and optimisation.
Skills and Experience
4+ years in growth, customer experience, marketing strategy, or retention, ideally in a B2C, SaaS, or education-focused organisation.

Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to interpret data and translate it into actionable insight.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across functions and territories.
Experience managing cross-market growth or engagement campaigns.
Familiarity with analytics and CRM tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Power BI.
Attributes
Customer-focused and data-informed.
Creative strategist with commercial awareness.
