As a board member, you will:

  • Attend a minimum of four meetings per year (three virtual, one optional in-person)

  • Prepare for and actively contribute to strategic discussions

  • Share insights from professional practice or lived experience

  • Help shape Twinkl’s Education Strategy and challenge us to improve

  • Represent diverse communities respectfully and authentically

  • Maintain confidentiality of all board discussions and documents

  • A strong commitment to inclusion in education

  • Strategic thinking and the ability to offer solution-focused insights

  • A willingness to challenge constructively and think creatively

We are proud to be an inclusive board and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, ages, and communities.

What You’ll Gain

  • A rewarding opportunity to influence inclusive education at scale

  • Strategic experience and professional development

  • A chance to collaborate with leading educators and specialists

  • Full access to Twinkl’s site and resources

  • A designated inbox and badge for your website

  • Reimbursement of reasonable expenses

Time Commitment

Meetings are scheduled flexibly to accommodate members’ availability. Preparation time is expected ahead of each meeting, and additional opportunities to contribute may arise throughout the year.

How to Apply

To express your interest, please send your CV and a short covering letter outlining your experience and motivation. We’ll be in touch to discuss next steps, which may include a short task or informal interview.
