About the Role

As Twinkl grows, we want to ensure teachers across the world receive the very best support whenever they need it. We’re now looking for enthusiastic teachers in Egypt to join our Teacher Support team and deliver a world-class customer service experience to our members.

This role is an exciting opportunity to use your teaching experience in a new way — supporting educators, parents, and carers while helping them get the most from their Twinkl subscription.

What You’ll Do

As part of our supportive Customer Support team, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Answering queries from members via phone, email, social media, and Twinkl’s messenger tool.

  • Helping educators, parents, and carers find the right resources for their needs.

  • Providing fast, effective responses to ensure members get the most from their subscriptions.

  • Working with technical advisers to solve tech issues.

  • Collaborating with resource creators and designers to suggest new content or make updates.

  • Explaining Twinkl memberships to members (without sales).

  • Building transferable skills such as time management, adaptability, and active listening.

  • Supporting side projects while meeting individual and team targets.

You’ll also work closely with:

  • Customer-facing teams (support, schools, marketing, social media).

  • Product owners, segment managers, and country managers.

  • Other Twinkl departments and partner companies within The Hive.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Classroom teaching experience.

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with strong spelling and grammar.

  • A confident, professional phone manner.

  • Strong IT skills and ability to use digital systems effectively.

  • Reliable internet connection and a personal computer for remote work.

Desirable:

  • Previous customer support experience.

  • Good knowledge of social media platforms.

About You

You’ll be the first point of contact for Twinkl members, so we’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional.

  • Skilled at problem-solving and providing effective solutions.

  • Living our Twinkl values: Lead the way, Go above and beyond, Do the right thing, Be lovely.

Why Join Twinkl?

At Twinkl, we believe work should be fun, and people should always come first. Here’s what you can expect:

  • A friendly, supportive, and welcoming culture.

  • Flexible working, with the ability to work from home.

  • A commitment to diversity, inclusion, and belonging, supported by our Employee Network Program (LGBTQ+, People of Colour, Disabilities, Women in Tech, Working Parents).

  • Continuous professional development, including monthly reviews, mentoring, leadership coaching, and commercial awareness training.

  • The chance to collaborate with a global team making a real impact in education.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Achieve at least a 90% quality monitoring score each month.

  • Review 13 tickets within Zendesk per week.
