About the Role

Within this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in Twinkl’s International Development team, focusing on expanding our reach and impact in Australia. You’ll work closely with the Global Strategic Partnerships team, the Australian Country Manager, and the Head of Strategic Partnerships to identify, onboard, and manage high-value partnerships. From leveraging relationships with global brands like Paramount and Mattel to delivering country-specific collaborations, your work will directly contribute to Twinkl’s mission of supporting educators and learners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with the Strategic Partnerships team to deliver international campaigns tailored to the Australian market.

  • Local Engagement: Maximise on-the-ground relationships with major brands and organisations to increase Twinkl’s visibility and impact in Australia.

  • Country-Specific Projects: Align with the Australian Country Manager to develop and execute partnerships unique to the Australian context, such as sporting collaborations and country-wide school focuses and events.

  • Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new partnerships that drive user acquisition and conversions in Australia.

  • Campaign Management: Run key marketing campaigns to boost engagement and reach new audiences.

  • Revenue Growth: Increase conversions through innovative paid-for partnerships.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

  • A proven track record in leading high-level partnerships within Australia.

  • A deep understanding of licensing and distribution, particularly in the education, media, or entertainment sectors.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of partners.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to align partnerships with Twinkl’s broader goals and objectives.

  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset and a propensity for action.

  • Experience in delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive growth.

  • Methodical, highly organised, accurate and execution-focused.
