Are you a strategic and results-oriented project manager who thrives in dynamic environments?
Twinkl is looking for a high-performing AI Project Manager to support and accelerate the work of our Internal AI Innovation Team on a wide range of forward-thinking initiatives.
In this key role, you will be central to the success of multiple AI-focused projects. You will work closely with AI Innovation Managers and stakeholders to ensure clear communication, effective prioritisation, and smooth coordination across teams. You will help scope impactful solutions, track progress against KPIs, and use data and feedback to support informed, high-quality decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Management
Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholder communication.
Ensure timely and effective follow-ups on KPIs, deliverables and information requests.
Priority Management
Assist AI Innovation Managers in assessing and managing changing priorities.
Support team leaders to determine project priorities based on expected impact and stakeholder input.
Task Tracking and Updates
Support AI Innovation Managers by tracking task updates on ClickUp.
Follow up with team members for progress updates and input these into ClickUp when needed.
KPI Tracking and Project Impact Reporting
Track stakeholder responses and data points throughout each stage of a project to address any gaps.
Maintain clear and consistent records that demonstrate project value and outcomes.
Collect and report on key metrics to highlight the measurable impact of delivered work.
Team and Cross-Functional Support
Provide comprehensive support to all members of the Internal AI Innovation Team.
Act as a bridge between the AI team and other Twinkl departments to identify high-impact opportunities.
Provide Innovation Managers with context, problem statements, and potential scope for key initiatives.
Budget Oversight and Communication
Support tracking of team spend, budget approvals and cost monitoring.
Build and maintain dashboards for reporting purposes.
Key Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently across teams. Especially with SLT.
Skilled at identifying challenges faced by non-technical stakeholders and translating them into practical, solution-focused plans.
Comfortable using task management platforms, ideally with hands-on experience in ClickUp or similar tools.
Strong track record of coordinating communications across multiple teams to drive project progress.
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and keep projects on track.
A genuine interest in artificial intelligence and innovation, with experience in technical project environments being an advantage.
Confident in tracking, analysing and reporting KPIs to demonstrate project performance and impact.
Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel or AirTable.
