Location: Oxford, UK/ hybrid - working in the office 1 or 2 days a week
Hours: Part time (3 days a week / 21 hours)
Salary: £28,000 pro rata

Educake is an award-winning and rapidly growing educational technology business providing online teaching and learning resources to hundreds of thousands of teachers and students around the world. We are based in Oxford.
We’re looking for someone to lead Educake’s partnership activity, a key part of the marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Enhancing Educake’s reputation and brand awareness amongst teachers through association with selected partners.
Being the primary point of contact for all Educake partnerships
Building existing partnerships in order to maximise promotional opportunities.
Planning and implementing marketing campaigns based on specific partnerships, including email, print and social media..
Ensuring that content is developed according to SEO best practices
Events:
Supporting the Educake events team with specific partner materials as required.
Attending partner events, including meeting teachers, talking about Educake and engaging with customers and partners.
Reporting on success of partnership activities, including analysing and presenting data to management. Adjust strategies to improve performance.
Working closely with the rest of the marketing team to share ideas, content and best practice.
Qualifications and skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail.
Enthusiastic team player who is confident building relationships with new people.
Capable of working with other Educake teams, including events and sales.
Imagination and creativity to come up with new ideas that fit with both Educake’s and the partner’s goals.
Experience working in an education or tech business would be a bonus.
Comfortable speaking to teachers, including interviewing them for articles.
Joined-up thinking – making links between Educake’s customers and partnership organisations.
Ability to record and report on the success of each partnership.
Experience working in a marketing or communications role.
