The Roles:
Twinkl is looking for future Curriculum Writers, Curriculum Editors, and Teacher Support Advisors to create engaging educational resources for U.S. educators or to support our customers!
Curriculum Writers/Editors:
- You will create or edit innovative printable and digital teaching resources that address state standards. The content you write or edit will be turned into professional Twinkl resources by our highly skilled design and illustration team.
- You will be part of an agile team communicating via email, messaging, and video meetings. To fulfill this role, you will need to provide your own technology and have reliable high-speed internet access.
- You will need to complete 15 hours (part-time) or 37.5 (full-time) hours every week and submit a designated quota of new resources every week. You will be expected to participate in weekly meetings during standard business hours, 9am - 2pm EST, Monday to Friday.
Teacher Support Advisors:
- You’ll be joining our exceptionally lovely customer support team to help provide our users with a world-class customer service experience! You will be joining an established team of teachers to answer calls, email queries, social media messages, and Twinkl’s new live chat tool, helping our users get the best out of their subscription by answering any questions they have quickly and efficiently.
- As a Teacher Support Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, specializing in the U.S.market. As such, you’ll be an expert on our products, services, and resources, acting as an ambassador for the brand by living and breathing our values: Lead the way, go above and beyond, do the right thing and be lovely.
- Primarily, you will work with the customer-facing teams, including customer support, schools, marketing, social media, product owners, segment managers, and country managers
- You will also work with other departments across the company and partner companies within the Hive as and when required.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Certified/licensed middle school educator. (State-issued certification/license must be current and in good standing.)
Experienced educator with a wide variety of experience and a minimum of two years of recent classroom experience in a public school setting.
