Senior B2B Marketing Executive – ROI and Northern Ireland
Location: Republic of Ireland - 100% Remote / Home Working (Must permanently live in ROI & have the right to work without restrictions to apply for this role)
Pay Rate: 20 - 25.50 EUR hourly
Contract: 12-month initial contractt - Self-employed contractor. Responsible for own taxes.
Hours of work: 37.5 per week
Hiring Manager: Head of B2B Marketing
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead our marketing activity across Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. You’ll be responsible for generating high-quality leads through well-targeted multichannel campaigns and also managing campaign budgets and timelines.
This role will work closely with our local B2B Sales and Product teams as well as the central B2B Marketing team, and reports into the Head of B2B Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-growing area of business for Twinkl. You’ll need to be proactive, commercially minded and excellent at balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will be experienced with using insight to drive decisions, developing a high-performing team and developing marketing activities that directly impact commercial growth.
You will be responsible for ensuring the Twinkl brand is appropriately presented for the B2B marketplaces, emphasising the strong localisation of our content. Using effectively localised and segmented marketing tactics to generate high-quality leads for the local sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign strategy and execution: develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the Irish B2B markets, ensuring cultural relevance and alignment with regional educational standards.
Brand representation: maintain and enhance Twinkl’s brand presence, highlighting our commitment to localised educational content
Lead generation: design and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads, collaborating closely with the B2B sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
Stakeholder collaboration: work in tandem with the Country Managers and Head of B2B Marketing to understand market nuances and develop targeted marketing campaigns for these regions to support pipeline development
Performance analysis: monitor and analyse campaign performance, utilising data-driven insights to optimise marketing activities
Budget management: manage the marketing budget for the region, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI
Qualifications and Skills:
3+ years experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the education sector or related industries
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing lead generation strategies
Proven ability to manage digital marketing activity including Google Ads and LinkedIn
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including across time zones
Proficient in analysing marketing data to inform decision making and strategy
Ability to move autonomously, managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot and Meltwater)
