Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calls, emails and other communication channels
  • Convert inbound leads into customers
  • Promote Twinkl’s products and services, clearly explaining their benefits to SpLATAM educators
  • Address customer questions, concerns and objections effectively
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the wider sales team to develop and implement strategies for increased sales
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions

Experience & Requirements:

  • Fluent Spanish speaker with good English language skills
  • Sales experience, ideally within education or EdTech
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers
  • Knowledge of the SpLATAM education systems and passion for staying up to date with curriculum developments
  • Results-oriented mindset with the drive to achieve and exceed sales targets

You’ll Work With:

  • Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and Data teams
