You’ll be joining a collaborative B2B team that values experimentation, agility and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead the execution of the B2B brand marketing strategy, aligning brand initiatives with business and commercial objectives
Shape the market’s perception of Twinkl by highlighting our broader, whole-school solutions alongside our well-established core offerings
Plan and deliver brand activations through multi-channel campaigns, including digital, print, events, branded merchandise and promotional materials
Lead brand presence and storytelling at key industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and through podcasts, working closely with Educational Thought Leaders
Create and manage direct mail and incentive campaigns aimed at building brand salience and generating high-quality leads
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative and Product teams to ensure brand campaigns align with go-to-market strategies and key business priorities
Ensure brand messaging, positioning and value propositions for B2B audiences across key markets and phases are consistently and clearly articulated
Qualifications and Skills:
3+ years experience in brand marketing, brand management, or a similar role, ideally with exposure to B2B and education sectors

Strong strategic thinking skills with a track record of successfully delivering brand repositioning or expansion projects
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop and communicate compelling narratives for different audience groups
