Annual Salary: £25,000 - £28,000, plus commission

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join the Elevate Supply team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving revenue targets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's success in a fast-paced sales environment.


You will play a pivotal role in driving our digital offering to schools and teachers across England initially. 



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to generate leads and drive revenue growth.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and promote our products or services.

  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

  • Utilise CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and report on sales performance.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management review.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.



Qualifications:


We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:


  • 2+ years experience in a sales, business development, or a related field 

  • Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders

  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.

  • Be proactive in understanding all our products and services in order match to customer needs

  • Understanding of the education sector, including trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements. (Preferred).
