The role will involve teaching in KS2, focusing on delivering high-quality lessons, supporting student progress, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS2, ensuring they meet the diverse needs of the students.

• Support students' academic development, providing tailored learning strategies to ensure progress.

• Maintain a positive classroom environment, promoting student well-being and engagement.

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure continuity of learning across year groups.

• Participate in regular meetings with the senior leadership team to track and monitor student progress.

• Contribute to the school's wider community and extracurricular activities as required.

Ideal Candidate:

• A newly qualified teacher (NQT) with a focus on KS2

• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting students to achieve their potential

• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students with diverse learning needs

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
